roseofsharonwelcome:

__________________________________________________________________________

My occasional blog is about U.S. holidays, gardening, family, friends, dogs, computers, computer graphics and some of my favorite recipes. I also post health blogs in hopes of helping someone that might have the same problems as I do. My political views are seldom discussed and my religious views are rarely shared. Most of the graphics on my blogs I make myself, using Adobe's Photoshop Elements and/or Corel's Painter. My dog, Elizabeth a.k.a. Lizzie, shares my blog. Click on "terrier talk" in the Tags window below to read what she has to say :-)

RecipeSome of My Favorite RecipesJan 27, 2011
ThumbnailOne of our favorite macaroni and cheese dishes. Make this as spicy or as mild as you like by adjusting the amounts and/or types of chile powders you choose. I often use 1% milk and 2% cheese to make this dish a little lower in calories, but the full fat is better tasting. You could probably use olive oil instead of butter and turkey bacon, but I wouldn't :-) I like to serve this with roasted broccoli and sliced tomatoes.
